I read his "Darkness Visible" a while back. I tend to read a writer's non-fiction before his/her fiction. Anyway - now that I have started my "Classics" reading program (and blog!!?? wtf??!! p.190 of The Odyssey! WTF!?) I am familiar with the detour process. One book leads to another and so on until it is a web, not a simple sequence, of readings. Rock on!
